Tenancy application form

UK law requires us to check every adult tenant's right to rent, and we do the whole check remotely: please upload a photo of your passport photo page, proof that you are a student and, if you can, a short selfie. Anything missing is asked for by email.

Everyone uploads this, whatever the nationality: the remote check compares the photo on this page with a selfie.

We let to students only, so we need to see that you are one.

Short selfie (a photo, or a video of about five seconds; optional)

Optional but it helps: because nothing happens in person, the selfie lets us confirm the passport photo is you.

Payment plan How would you like to pay your rent?

Most of our tenants pay in termly instalments with a UK guarantor. Paying the full year's rent in advance is an option if you prefer, and means no guarantor is needed.

Car parking Would you like a parking space?

Allocated spaces are limited and charged per space for the year; the charge is included in your rent instalments, not billed separately. We will confirm availability with you.

We will send your guarantor a short form of their own, and a guarantee agreement for signature once approved by the Landlord.

Utilities package

Our rents do not include bills. We offer an optional utilities package, priced by flat occupancy - ask us for the details and pricing for your flat.

Move-in essentials pack

An optional one-off pack, popular with international students, so you arrive to a flat that is ready to live in from the first night: pillows, duvet and bed sheets, bath and hand towels, pots, pans and cooking essentials, plus cutlery, glasses, mugs and a dinner set. It is priced by how many of you take the pack - ask us for the price for your flat.
