Most of our tenants pay in termly instalments with a UK guarantor. Paying the full year's rent in advance is an option if you prefer, and means no guarantor is needed.

We will send your guarantor a short form of their own, and a guarantee agreement for signature once approved by the Landlord.

Utilities package

Our rents do not include bills. We offer an optional utilities package, priced by flat occupancy - ask us for the details and pricing for your flat.
